About the event
What is the story your body has been living, and what choices begin today that change the next chapters?
Women don't just run on a circadian rhythm. We cycle monthly, move through fertile years, perimenopause, and menopause, and at every stage, our hormonal reality is shifting. Whether you're 27 or 47, the most powerful moment is always now.
We start with the science: how your hormones shift across your lifespan and what that means for your brain, your body, and your choices. Then we move through three pillars - strength training, nutrition, and the behavioural shifts that make it real - exploring the physiology and psychology of each.
At the centre of every choice you make for your health and well-being is something more fundamental: your agency and your autonomy to act on what you know is right for you.
About the speaker
Rimi Omo is a Women's Wellness Coach who developed her approach through a personal journey of mindfulness and self-discovery.
By integrating strategies such as meditation, constructive journaling, and physical activity into her own life, she significantly improved her mental health, productivity, and professional clarity - qualities that initially led to success and promotion within the big tech industry.
However, recognizing that her wellbeing was too important to sacrifice for a career path no longer aligned with her life goals, Rimi chose to pivot. With a background in Philosophy and Psychology (BSc), corporate experience, and qualifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and PN Nutrition Coach, she brings a holistic approach to the wellbeing journey. Today, she uses the emotional courage and mental clarity she cultivated to support career-driven, ambitious women in prioritizing their wellbeing in favor of the life vision they desire.
