After our sold-out perimenopause talk (2nd edition coming soon!), we’re back with nutrition!

Join us to decode real science on food, metabolism & fuel.

✨ Includes light dinner, a drink & goodie bag! ✨

Nutrition advice is everywhere. Eat more protein. Cut carbs. Avoid sugar. Take supplements. Fast. Don’t fast. Balance your hormones. And apparently there’s always one more thing we’re doing wrong.

So what actually matters?

In this edition of Think&Drink, Sarah & Stef from WeWomen cut through the noise and get back to the things that really make a difference - and how our nutritional needs and priorities can shift as we move through our 30s, 40s and into perimenopause.

We’ll talk about:

  • Protein, carbs, fats and fibre - what they actually do and how much attention they deserve

  • What changes in midlife, including muscle, bone health, appetite, energy and body composition

  • How hormonal changes can affect the way we feel and fuel ourselves

  • Supplements - what may be useful, what’s probably unnecessary and what’s mostly clever marketing

  • Popular nutrition trends, from intermittent fasting to “hormone balancing”

  • Simple habits that support energy, health and healthy ageing without turning food into a full-time job

You won’t leave with another list of foods you’re “allowed” or “not allowed” to eat.

Instead, you’ll leave with a better understanding of what your body needs, a more reliable filter for the nutrition advice you see online, and a few practical changes you can actually use.

Grab a drink, bring your questions - and prepare to make nutrition a little less complicated.
